Browned Butter-Honey Chicken
Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli in Cheese SauceIngredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Cut chicken in half crosswise and pound to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet; season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; let cook 2 minutes. Add chicken to skillet, and and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done. Remove from skillet, and keep warm.
- Add honey, lemon juice, and garlic power to skillet. Cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Divide chicken among 6 plates; spoon honey mixture over chicken.

- 1 (32-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
- 2 (10-oz) pkg frozen broccoli and cheese sauce (such as Green Giant)

- Heat mashed potatoes according to package directions.
- Microwave broccoli according to package directions.
