Garlic Pasta and Buttery Green Beans and Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup pasta sauce, divided
  • ½ cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together beef, ½ cup pasta sauce, and all remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Press mixture into a lightly greased 9-x 5-inch loaf pan; brush with remaining pasta sauce.
  3. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes to 1 hour 20 minutes or until no longer pink. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

  • 2 (4.7-oz) pkg butter-and-garlic pasta
  • 1 (15-oz) pkg frozen green beans
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Cook green beans according to package directions; drain.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; cook 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Add green beans and tomatoes; cook 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
