Unforgettable Chicken Casserole
Lemon-Parmesan Broccoli
Ingredients
- ¾ lb chicken tenderloins
- ¼ tsp kosher salt, divided
- ¼ tsp pepper, divided
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- ½ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup olive-oil mayonnaise
- ½ cup cream of chicken soup
- ⅓ cup French fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Season chicken with ⅛ tsp each salt and pepper. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 4 minutes per side or until done. Cool; cut into bite-size pieces.
- Stir together chicken, celery, cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup, and ⅛ tsp each salt and pepper in a large bowl. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 8-inch baking dish.
- Bake 30 minutes; sprinkle with onions.
- Bake 5 minutes longer or until bubbly around edges. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
