Barbecue Meatballs
Roasted Broccoli and Steamed Rice
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 (18-oz) bottle barbecue sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine beef and seasoning in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 2-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a lightly greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet; bake 20 minutes.
- Transfer meatballs to a large Dutch oven; add barbecue sauce and broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
