Barbecue Meatballs

Roasted Broccoli and Steamed Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 (18-oz) bottle barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine beef and seasoning in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 2-inch meatballs.
  2. Place meatballs on a lightly greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet; bake 20 minutes.
  3. Transfer meatballs to a large Dutch oven; add barbecue sauce and broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Serve over rice.

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 2 cups long-grain white rice

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together broccoli, oil, and seasoning on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  2. Meanwhile, cook rice according to package directions.
