Creamy Parmesan Salmon
Garlic-Basil VegetablesIngredients
- 3 (6-oz) salmon fillets
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1½ tsp garlic paste
- 1½ Tbsp chopped fresh basil
- ½ lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Cook fish in a large skillet coated with cooking spray 4 to 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add cream, cheese, and garlic paste to pan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in basil.
- Serve fish with sauce and lemon wedges.
