Creamy Parmesan Salmon

Ingredients

  • 3 (6-oz) salmon fillets
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1½ tsp garlic paste
  • 1½ Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • ½ lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Cook fish in a large skillet coated with cooking spray 4 to 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add cream, cheese, and garlic paste to pan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in basil.
  3. Serve fish with sauce and lemon wedges.
