Bacon-Ranch Burgers
Honey-Mustard Broccoli Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
- 6 slices American cheese
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
- 6 English muffins, split and toasted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut bacon slices in half crosswise. Arrange 6 pieces bacon in a basket-weave pattern and place on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Repeat with remaining bacon. Bake 20 minutes or until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
- Meanwhile, combine beef and dressing mix in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 6 patties. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink in centers. Top each with 1 slice cheese; let stand until cheese is melted.
- Serve cheese-topped patties on toasted English muffins with bacon and dressing.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 1 (4.3-oz) pouch real bacon crumbles
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup honey mustard
- ½ cup raisins
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill up to 2 days.
