Cashew Beef and Cabbage Bowls

Ingredients
- ¼ cup sesame oil, divided
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 5 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp minced ginger
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 cup cashews
Instructions
- Whisk together 3 Tbsp oil, lime juice, and soy sauce in a medium bowl. Add slaw; toss.
- Sauté garlic and ginger in 1 Tbsp hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add onions; cook 2 minutes. Add beef; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until browned and crumbly. Drain. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide coleslaw among bowls; top with beef mixture. Sprinkle with nuts.
