One-Pot Ground Beef Tortellini

Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 (20-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 (24-oz) jar roasted garlic pasta sauce
- 1¾ cups water
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a Dutch oven over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, if needed, and return to skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add tortellini, pasta sauce, and water; bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until pasta is tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired. Sprinkle with cheese.
