Cilantro-Lime Fish Tacos

Ingredients
- 12 frozen breaded fish fillets
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 (10-oz) pkg shredded coleslaw
- 6 Tbsp sliced green onions, divided
- 12 corn tortillas
Instructions
- Bake fish according to package directions. Drain fish on paper towels.
- Meanwhile, combine yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and salt in a large bowl. Add coleslaw and 3 Tbsp onions; toss.
- Divide fish and coleslaw among tortillas. Top with 3 Tbsp onions.
