Ingredients

  • 12 frozen breaded fish fillets
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg shredded coleslaw
  • 6 Tbsp sliced green onions, divided
  • 12 corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Bake fish according to package directions. Drain fish on paper towels.
  2. Meanwhile, combine yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and salt in a large bowl. Add coleslaw and 3 Tbsp onions; toss.
  3. Divide fish and coleslaw among tortillas. Top with 3 Tbsp onions.
