Sheet Pan Steak and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (1-inch-thick) boneless sirloin steak 
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place a large lightly greased rimmed baking sheet in oven while preheating.
  2. Carefully place steak, vegetables, and tomatoes on preheated pan; drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with seasoning.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until vegetables are browned and tender.
