Sheet Pan Steak and Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 lb (1-inch-thick) boneless sirloin steak
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place a large lightly greased rimmed baking sheet in oven while preheating.
- Carefully place steak, vegetables, and tomatoes on preheated pan; drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Bake 20 minutes or until vegetables are browned and tender.
