Ingredients

  • ½ lb plant-based ground beef
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 (29-oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (15.5-oz) can chili beans
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • ¼ cup vegan sour cream
  • ½ cup shredded vegan Cheddar cheese
  • Corn chips

Instructions

  1. Cook plant-based beef and onion in a Dutch oven over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain.
  2. Return to pot, and add tomato sauce, water, beans, and chili powder.
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until thickened. Top each serving with sour cream, cheese, and corn chips. Serves 2 to 4.
