All-Season Chili
Ingredients
- ½ lb plant-based ground beef
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 (29-oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 (15.5-oz) can chili beans
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- ¼ cup vegan sour cream
- ½ cup shredded vegan Cheddar cheese
- Corn chips
Instructions
- Cook plant-based beef and onion in a Dutch oven over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain.
- Return to pot, and add tomato sauce, water, beans, and chili powder.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until thickened. Top each serving with sour cream, cheese, and corn chips. Serves 2 to 4.
