Bacon-Wrapped Mini Meat Loaves
Au Gratin Potatoes and Lemon-Pepper Green Beans
Ingredients
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- ⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 3 slices bacon
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ½ Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook onion in hot oil in a skillet over medium heat until tender; cool slightly.
- Combine beef, panko, egg, Worcestershire, seasoning, and onion mixture in a large bowl; stir well.
- Shape mixture into 3 small loaves; wrap 1 slice bacon around each loaf, and secure with a wooden pick.
- Place loaves on a wire rack set over a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
- Stir together ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar; spread on loaves.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until loaves are no longer pink in centers.

- ½ (12-oz) pkg frozen green beans
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ½ tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
