Bacon-Wrapped Mini Meat Loaves

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • ½ Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 3 slices bacon
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ½ Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook onion in hot oil in a skillet over medium heat until tender; cool slightly.
  2. Combine beef, panko, egg, Worcestershire, seasoning, and onion mixture in a large bowl; stir well.
  3. Shape mixture into 3 small loaves; wrap 1 slice bacon around each loaf, and secure with a wooden pick.
  4. Place loaves on a wire rack set over a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
  5. Stir together ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar; spread on loaves.
  6. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until loaves are no longer pink in centers.

  • ½ (12-oz) pkg frozen green beans
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp lemon-pepper seasoning

  1. Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
  2. Steam green beans according to package directions; toss with butter and seasoning.
