Chicken Pita Pizzas
Fresh StrawberriesIngredients
- 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup chopped rotisserie chicken
- ¾ cup frozen corn kernels, thawed
- ½ cup chopped roasted red peppers
- ½ Tbsp low-sodium taco seasoning mix
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange pita rounds on a baking sheet. Brush tops with oil.
- Toss together chicken, corn, bell peppers, seasoning, and butter in a bowl. Divide among pitas. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut into small wedges, if desired.
