Basil-Butter Shrimp
Parmesan-Spinach FettuccineIngredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- 6 oz fettuccine
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving ¼ cup pasta water.
- Toss together hot cooked pasta, spinach, oil, Italian seasoning, and salt in a bowl, adding pasta water, if needed, to reach desired consistency. Toss with cheese.
