Rosemary-White Cheddar Burgers
Garlicky BroccoliniIngredients
- ½ cup shredded sharp white Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary (or use 1 tsp dried crushed rosemary)
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¾ lb ground beef
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 large red leaf lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Combine cheese, rosemary, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Gently mix together beef, garlic powder, and salt using your hands. Shape into 2 patties.
- Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat. Add patties, and cook 6 to 7 minutes per side or until no longer pink, topping with cheese during last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Serve burgers in lettuce leaves with tomato slices; sprinkle with additional fresh rosemary, if on hand.

- ½ lb Broccolini
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp water
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook Broccolini in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Stir in garlic; cook 1 minute. Add water; cover and cook 2 minutes or until water is evaporated and Broccolini is tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
