Spicy Orange Peel Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 (14-oz) pkg frozen popcorn shrimp
  • ¾ cup no-pulp orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1½ Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp orange zest
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Fry or bake shrimp according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, honey, orange zest, cornstarch, and ginger in a large skillet. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat, and simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
  3. Stir in shrimp; toss. Serve over rice.
