Egg-and-Cheese Bagel Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 12 slices bacon, halved crosswise
  • 12 large eggs
  • 6 Tbsp milk
  • 6 everything bagels, halved and toasted
  • 6 slices Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet until crisp; drain, reserving 1 Tbsp drippings in skillet.
  2. Whisk together eggs and milk in a large bowl. Cook egg mixture in hot drippings over medium heat until eggs are just set. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Divide eggs, cheese, and bacon among bagels to make sandwiches.

  • 3 Honeycrisp apples, sliced
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 pint blueberries

  1. Combine all ingredients just before serving.
