Ingredients

  • 4 plant-based bratwurst links
  • 4 plant-based sweet Italian sausage links
  • Creamy Mustard Sauce:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Creole mustard
  • 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Horseradish Cream:
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Grill sausage links according to package directions. Serve with Creamy Mustard Sauce and Horseradish Cream for dipping.
  2. For Mustard Sauce: Stir together all ingredients in a bowl; cover and chill up to 2 days.
  3. For Horseradish Cream: Stir together all ingredients; cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
