Ingredients
- 4 plant-based bratwurst links
- 4 plant-based sweet Italian sausage links
- Creamy Mustard Sauce:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Creole mustard
- 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp honey
- Horseradish Cream:
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp horseradish
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Grill sausage links according to package directions. Serve with Creamy Mustard Sauce and Horseradish Cream for dipping.
- For Mustard Sauce: Stir together all ingredients in a bowl; cover and chill up to 2 days.
- For Horseradish Cream: Stir together all ingredients; cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
