Quick Prep Slow Cooker
Barbecue Chicken Spaghetti
Roasted Green Beans with Garlic
Ingredients
- 3 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 sweet onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups ketchup
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp smoked paprika (or use regular)
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 (16-oz) pkg spaghetti
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except spaghetti in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours or until chicken is done. Shred meat with 2 forks. (Reserve 2 cups shredded chicken for Barbecue Chicken Pizzas recipe.) .
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Serve remaining chicken and sauce over pasta.
