Sticky Garlic Chicken
Sesame-Green Onion Rice and BroccoliIngredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 Tbsp honey
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 3 Tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until browned.
- Meanwhile, stir together honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and red pepper. Add sauce to skillet, stirring to coat chicken. Reduce heat to medium, and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until chicken is done and sauce is thickened. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

- 3 (3.5-oz) pouches boil-in-bag brown rice
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp salt, divided
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions. Transfer hot cooked rice to a bowl; stir in oil, ¼ tsp salt, and onions.
- Cook broccoli according to package directions. Sprinkle with ¼ tsp salt.
