Spiked Shamrock Milkshake
Ingredients
- 1 (1.5-quart) container mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 2 oz Irish whiskey
- 1½ oz milk
- 1 (1.5-quart) container mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 1 (6.5-oz) can whipped cream topping
- Garnish: fresh mint and chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Add 2½ cups firmly packed ice cream, whiskey, and milk to a blender. Cover and blend just until smooth, adding more milk to thin out the consistency, if desired.
- Pour shake into a chilled mug or pint glass. Top with whipped cream; garnish with fresh mint and chocolate. Makes 1 milkshake.
