Brown Sugar-Glazed Pork Chops
Cheesy Au Gratin Potatoes and Steamed Green BeansIngredients
- 2 (1½-inch-thick) boneless pork chops
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange pork chops in a single layer in a lightly greased 9-inch baking dish; season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Stir together brown sugar, ketchup, and lemon juice; pour over pork chops. Cover, and bake 15 minutes. Uncover, and bake 10 minutes or until pork is tender.

- ½ (12-oz) pkg frozen green beans
