Brown Sugar-Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 (1½-inch-thick) boneless pork chops
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange pork chops in a single layer in a lightly greased 9-inch baking dish; season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Stir together brown sugar, ketchup, and lemon juice; pour over pork chops. Cover, and bake 15 minutes. Uncover, and bake 10 minutes or until pork is tender.

  • 1 (4.4-oz) box cheesy au gratin potatoes
  • ½ (12-oz) pkg frozen green beans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
  2. Steam green beans according to package directions; season with salt and pepper to taste.
