Ham and Cheese Pierogi Bake
Lemon and Honey Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
- ½ (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen Cheddar pierogis, thawed
- 1 (8-oz) pkg cubed ham
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat cream cheese, broth, garlic powder, and pepper in a skillet over medium heat, whisking to blend.
- Arrange pierogis in a lightly greased 9-inch baking dish; top with ham. Pour cream cheese mixture over pierogis.
- Bake 20 minutes; sprinkle with Cheddar, and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

- ½ lb asparagus, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp honey
- ¼ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss together asparagus, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, and salt on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until browned and tender.
