Ham and Cheese Pierogi Bake

Ingredients

  • ½ (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen Cheddar pierogis, thawed
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg cubed ham
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat cream cheese, broth, garlic powder, and pepper in a skillet over medium heat, whisking to blend.
  2. Arrange pierogis in a lightly greased 9-inch baking dish; top with ham. Pour cream cheese mixture over pierogis.
  3. Bake 20 minutes; sprinkle with Cheddar, and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ lb asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss together asparagus, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, and salt on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until browned and tender.
