Chicken-Bacon-Ranch Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ¼ cup real bacon bits
  • 1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing
  • 4 soft taco-size whole wheat tortillas
  • ½ cup fresh salsa
  • ½ cup guacamole

Instructions

  1. Stir together chicken, bacon, cheese, and dressing. Spread over one side of each tortilla. Fold tortillas in half.
  2. Cook quesadillas, in batches, in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until tortillas are lightly browned and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges. Serve with salsa and guacamole.
