Chicken-Bacon-Ranch Quesadillas
Ingredients
- 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ¼ cup real bacon bits
- 1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing
- 4 soft taco-size whole wheat tortillas
- ½ cup fresh salsa
- ½ cup guacamole
Instructions
- Stir together chicken, bacon, cheese, and dressing. Spread over one side of each tortilla. Fold tortillas in half.
- Cook quesadillas, in batches, in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until tortillas are lightly browned and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges. Serve with salsa and guacamole.
