Ingredients
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 (5-oz) pkg mixed salad greens
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ½ cup strawberries, sliced
- 2 avocados, diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until golden and fragrant.
- Whisk together lime juice, oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add greens, chicken, strawberries, avocados, onions, and nuts; toss.
