Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 (5-oz) pkg mixed salad greens
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ½ cup strawberries, sliced
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until golden and fragrant.
  2. Whisk together lime juice, oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add greens, chicken, strawberries, avocados, onions, and nuts; toss.
