Spinach Alfredo Ravioli

Spinach and Tomato Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
  • ½ (25-oz) pkg frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg fresh spinach
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  1. Spread half a jar of Alfredo sauce in a 3- to 4-quart slow cooker. Layer ravioli and spinach over sauce. Spread remaining half jar of Alfredo sauce over spinach; pour water over sauce.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW 4 to 5 hours or until pasta is tender.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (5-oz) pkg spinach
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup olive oil vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
