One-Pot Italian Tortellini

Ingredients
- 1 lb plant-based ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 (20-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 (24-oz) jar roasted garlic pasta sauce
- 1¾ cups water
- ½ cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook plant-based beef, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a large Dutch oven over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, if needed, and return to skillet.
- Add tortellini, pasta sauce, and water; bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until pasta is tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired. Serve sprinkled with cheese.
