Ingredients

  • 6 hoagie rolls, split
  • 6 reserved cube steaks with peppers and onions (from Bell Pepper and Onion Steak recipe)
  • 6 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place rolls on a baking sheet; bake 5 minutes or until lightly golden.
  2. Microwave steaks and pepper mixture 2 to 3 minutes or until hot; divide among rolls, and top with cheese.
  3. Bake 7 minutes longer or until cheese melts.

  • 1 (32-oz) bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp hot sauce

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake tater tots according to package directions.
  2. Stir together sour cream, cheese, Italian seasoning, and hot sauce; serve with tater tots.
