Steak Hoagies
Tater Tots with Spicy Parmesan Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 6 hoagie rolls, split
- 6 reserved cube steaks with peppers and onions (from Bell Pepper and Onion Steak recipe)
- 6 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place rolls on a baking sheet; bake 5 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Microwave steaks and pepper mixture 2 to 3 minutes or until hot; divide among rolls, and top with cheese.
- Bake 7 minutes longer or until cheese melts.

- 1 (32-oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp hot sauce
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake tater tots according to package directions.
- Stir together sour cream, cheese, Italian seasoning, and hot sauce; serve with tater tots.
