Ingredients
- 1½ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- 1½ cups shredded carrots
- 1 (12-oz) pkg snow peas
- 2 red bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup orange sauce
Instructions
- Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook shrimp in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat 3 minutes. Remove shrimp, and keep warm.
- Add carrots, snow peas, and bell peppers to skillet; cook 5 minutes or until tender. Add sauce and shrimp; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring to coat. Serve over rice.
