BLT Steak Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon
- ¾ lb top sirloin steak
- 1½ tsp olive oil
- 1½ tsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 (9-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- ¼ cup refrigerated blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 1 Tbsp drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon.
- Rub steak with oil and seasoning; cook in drippings 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let steak stand 5 minutes; cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Combine lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon in a bowl. Top with steak; drizzle with dressing.
