Creamy Beef Skillet
Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 cup beef broth
- 4 oz fettuccine
- ½ (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Cook beef, onion, celery, and bell pepper in a large skillet over medium-high heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Add broth; bring to a boil, and stir in uncooked pasta.
- Cover; reduce heat, and simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
