  • 1 (10-oz) pkg baby arugula
  • ½ cup seedless red grapes
  • ½ cup crumbled goat cheese
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ½ cup olive oil vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until fragrant.
  2. Combine chicken, arugula, grapes, nuts, cheese, and onion in a large bowl. Drizzle with vinaigrette; toss.
