Ingredients
- ½ cup walnuts
- 2½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 (10-oz) pkg baby arugula
- ½ cup seedless red grapes
- ½ cup crumbled goat cheese
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ½ cup olive oil vinaigrette
Instructions
- Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until fragrant.
- Combine chicken, arugula, grapes, nuts, cheese, and onion in a large bowl. Drizzle with vinaigrette; toss.
