Meatball Skewers with Marinara Sauce
Spinach-Basil SaladIngredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup marinara sauce, heated
Instructions
- Combine beef, garlic, Italian seasoning, egg, salt, and pepper; shape into 1-inch meatballs.
- Cook meatballs in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until browned and centers are no longer pink, stirring often.
- Thread meatballs onto wooden picks or skewers. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
