Pizza Nachos
Fruit BowlIngredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg ground Italian pork sausage (or use ground beef)
- 1 (6-oz) pkg pepperoni
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 (11-oz) pkg tortilla chips
- 2 to 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (4.25-oz) can sliced black olives, drained
- ½ cup sliced green olives
- ½ cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1 (14-oz) jar pizza sauce, heated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F; line a large baking sheet with foil.
- Cook sausage, pepperoni, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbly; drain on paper towels.
- Arrange tortilla chips on foil-lined baking sheet, slightly overlapping. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with sausage mixture and olives.
- Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve pizza sauce with nachos for dipping.

- 2 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
- 2 apples, chopped
- 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp orange marmalade

- Toss together all ingredients in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
