Beefy Shepherd's Pie
Crescent Rolls and Sliced Apples
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 (1-oz) envelope brown gravy mix
- 1 (14.5-oz) can chicken broth
- 2 (15-oz) cans cut green beans, drained
- 2 cups frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- 2 (24-oz) pkg refrigerated garlic mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in garlic powder, gravy mix, broth, green beans, and corn; cook, stirring, until thickened. Spoon beef mixture into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
- Heat potatoes according to package directions; spoon over top of vegetables and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
