Philly Cheesesteak Bombs
Romaine Salad with Seasoned CroutonsIngredients
- 3 cups reserved cooked roast and peppers (from Three Pepper Pot Roast recipe)
- 3 Tbsp whole-grain Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 (16.3-oz) can flaky layers refrigerated biscuits
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F; line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Stir together roast mixture, mustard, and steak seasoning.
- Flatten each of 6 biscuits into a 5-inch round (see Note). Place roast mixture and about 2 Tbsp shredded cheese on 1 half of each biscuit. Fold other side of biscuit over filling, crimping edges together with a fork.
- Place on prepared pan, and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (18-oz) pkg romaine salad mix
- 1 (6-oz) pkg seasoned croutons
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
