Barbecue-Ranch Chicken Salad
Texas Cheese ToastIngredients
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (15-oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15-oz) can corn, drained
- Reserved shredded chicken (from Sweet and Sour Barbecue Chicken recipe)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 avocados, chopped
- 1 (3-oz) pkg French fried onions
Instructions
- Stir together Ranch dressing and barbecue sauce in a large bowl.
- Add lettuce, bell pepper, beans, corn, chicken, cheese, tomatoes, and avocados; toss. Toss with fried onions just before serving.

- 6 frozen Texas cheese toasts
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake toast according to package directions.
