Ingredients

  • 18 frozen Parmesan-crusted fish fillets
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Bake fish according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, and seasoning. Serve mayonnaise mixture with fish.

  • ⅓ cup chopped dried apricots
  • ⅓ cup chopped pistachios (or use walnuts)
  • ⅓ cup lemon vinaigrette
