Creamy Grouper Piccata
Parmesan Carrot FriesIngredients
- 6 (6-oz) grouper fillets (or use cod)
- ¾ tsp kosher salt
- ¾ tsp pepper
- 2 tsp dried chives
- 1 (8-oz) carton crème fraîche (or use plain Greek yogurt)
- ¼ cup capers, chopped
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper, and chives. Place fish on foil-lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
- Meanwhile, combine crème fraîche and capers. Serve fish with sauce and lemon wedges.
