Ingredients

  • 6 (6-oz) grouper fillets (or use cod)
  • ¾ tsp kosher salt
  • ¾ tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp dried chives
  • 1 (8-oz) carton crème fraîche (or use plain Greek yogurt)
  • ¼ cup capers, chopped
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper, and chives. Place fish on foil-lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
  2. Meanwhile, combine crème fraîche and capers. Serve fish with sauce and lemon wedges.
