Five-Cheese Garlic Bread

Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz) pkg egg noodles
- ½ (60-oz) pkg California blend frozen vegetables
- 1 (15-oz) carton ricotta cheese
- 2½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Cook frozen vegetable blend in microwave according to package directions.
- Stir together ricotta, 1½ cups mozzarella, and vegetables. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Stir together egg noodles and marinara sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Spread half of saucy egg noodles in a greased 2-quart baking dish. Top with half of vegetable mixture. Repeat layers. Top with 1 cup cheese.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

- 1 (11.75-oz) pkg frozen five-cheese bread
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake bread according to package directions alongside entree in oven. Slice bread to serve.
