Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 (12-oz) jars pork gravy (or use beef gravy)
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 (1-lb) bag steamable red baby potatoes
- 2 cups frozen (thawed) cut green beans
Instructions
- Season pork generously with salt and pepper. Cook in hot oil in a large deep skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until browned. Add gravy and ketchup; stir until blended.
- Meanwhile, cook potatoes in microwave according to package directions. Drain and cut potatoes in half or quarters.
- Add potatoes to deep skillet. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in green beans. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (10-count) pkg frozen biscuits
- 1 jar apple butter
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake desired number of biscuits according to package directions. Serve with apple butter.
