Ingredients

  • 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen breaded chicken tenderloins
  • 1 (8-count) pkg burrito-size flour tortillas
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • ½ (8-oz) pkg shredded iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  1. Bake chicken according to package directions. Heat tortillas according to package directions.
  2. Combine wing sauce and butter in a bowl. Dip chicken in sauce mixture; place in warm tortillas, and top with cheese, dressing, tomatoes, and lettuce. Roll up, and cut in half.

  • 1 (10-oz) container roasted red pepper hummus
  • 6 cups broccoli florets

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve hummus with broccoli alongside wraps.
