Ingredients
- 6 fresh plant-based burger patties
- 1 (17.8-oz) family-size pkg Caesar salad kit
- ⅓ cup Caesar dressing
- 1 (5-oz) pkg Caesar croutons
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 1 (6-oz) pkg shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook plant-based patties according to package directions in a grill pan or large nonstick skillet. Cool slightly, and cut each burger into slices.
- Toss together salad kit ingredients in a large bowl. Add additional Caesar dressing, extra croutons, tomatoes, and olives; toss.
- Top each serving with burger slices. Sprinkle with cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
