Ingredients

  • 2 (10-oz) pkg thin pizza crusts
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb deli chicken fingers, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg Canadian bacon, chopped
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place crusts on two parchment-lined baking sheets; brush edges with oil.
  2. Stir together dressing and mustard; spread a thin layer on each crust. Sprinkle 1½ cups mozzarella on each pizza. Top with chicken fingers, Canadian bacon, Parmesan, and 1 cup mozzarella.
  3. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crusts are browned.

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg classic iceberg salad
  • Ranch dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together salad and desired amount of Ranch dressing. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
