Ingredients
- 2 (10-oz) pkg thin pizza crusts
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb deli chicken fingers, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (6-oz) pkg Canadian bacon, chopped
- 1 (6-oz) pkg shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Place crusts on two parchment-lined baking sheets; brush edges with oil.
- Stir together dressing and mustard; spread a thin layer on each crust. Sprinkle 1½ cups mozzarella on each pizza. Top with chicken fingers, Canadian bacon, Parmesan, and 1 cup mozzarella.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crusts are browned.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg classic iceberg salad
- Ranch dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together salad and desired amount of Ranch dressing. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
