Everything Bagel Cheesy Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg already-rolled-out bakery pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Press dough into a 14-inch round on a lightly greased pizza pan or baking sheet.
  2. Spread sauce on dough; sprinkle with cheeses. Brush edges of dough with melted butter; sprinkle with seasoning.
  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut into 6 slices. Serve 2 slices. Store leftover 4 slices pizza in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (5-oz) pkg baby kale
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp organic Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss kale with onion in a bowl. Combine oil, lemon juice, mustard, and garlic. Drizzle dressing over kale; toss.
