Everything Bagel Cheesy Pizza
Lemony Baby Kale SaladIngredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg already-rolled-out bakery pizza dough
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Press dough into a 14-inch round on a lightly greased pizza pan or baking sheet.
- Spread sauce on dough; sprinkle with cheeses. Brush edges of dough with melted butter; sprinkle with seasoning.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut into 6 slices. Serve 2 slices. Store leftover 4 slices pizza in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (5-oz) pkg baby kale
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp organic Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss kale with onion in a bowl. Combine oil, lemon juice, mustard, and garlic. Drizzle dressing over kale; toss.
