Easy Barbecue Brisket
Mashed Potatoes and Steamed Green BeansIngredients
- 2 sweet onions, sliced
- 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 3 lb beef brisket, trimmed
- 1 (18-oz) bottle barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Place onions in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker.
- Rub seasoning on all sides of brisket; place over onions in cooker, cutting brisket in pieces, if necessary. Pour barbecue sauce over brisket.
- Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours or until tender. Slice to serve.

- 2 (24-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen green beans
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
- Cook green beans according to package directions; toss with oil and Italian seasoning.
