Onion-Smothered Turkey Patties
Cheesy Cauliflower MashIngredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- ½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp salt, divided
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- ¾ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 3 Tbsp water
Instructions
- Gently mix together turkey, Worcestershire sauce, ¼ tsp salt, pepper, and garlic using your hands; shape into 3 (½-inch-thick) patties.
- Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties 4 minutes per side or until done; remove from skillet, and keep warm.
- Sauté onion in 1 Tbsp hot oil in skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until browned. Stir in water and ¼ tsp salt; cook until thoroughly heated. Spoon onions over patties.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen mashed cauliflower
- 6 Tbsp shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 green onion, chopped
- ½ Tbsp butter
Side Dish Instructions
- Microwave cauliflower according to package directions. Stir in cheese, onion, and butter.
