Spaghetti and Meatballs

Caesar Salad and French Rolls

Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg spaghetti
  • ½ lb ground beef
  • ½ lb ground Italian sausage
  • ½ Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 (24-oz) jar pasta sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together beef, sausage, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and egg. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a lightly greased wire rack set over a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes.
  3. Heat pasta sauce in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add meatballs, and cook until thoroughly heated; toss with hot cooked pasta.

  • 1 (11.55-oz) pkg Caesar salad kit
