Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg whole-grain penne pasta
  • 2 (4-oz) fresh plant-based burger patties
  • ½ (1-oz) envelope low-sodium taco seasoning mix
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • ¾ cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
