Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1½ Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 4 (5-oz) cans wild-caught albacore tuna
  • 4 avocados, halved and pitted

Instructions

  1. Whisk together oil, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add tuna; toss.
  2. Serve tuna salad in avocado halves.
